We're looking for a smart, creative, and AI-savvy Social Media Manager to grow our brand presence across platforms like X (Twitter), Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role is ideal for someone who understands each platform deeply, knows what makes content go viral, and loves experimenting with new formats - including AI-generated visuals, short-form video, and meme culture.

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to strengthen brand awareness and engagement. Responsibilities include managing social media calendars, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to align messaging with product and marketing goals. The role involves active community management, responding to user comments and inquiries, and staying current on privacy, security, and technology trends relevant to the company’s audience. The Social Media Manager will also identify opportunities for growth, test new formats and channels, and report on results to guide strategy. You will be supported in creating the content but the majority responsibility has to be yours.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan and execute effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages.
• Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to develop cohesive, data-informed social media plans.
• Experience with analytics tools, social media management platforms, and A/B testing is beneficial.
• Understanding of privacy, cybersecurity, or VPN-related products is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
