Lead QA

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a QA team of 15+ engineers, fostering excellence and collaboration
• Oversee QA activities for multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Develop asts into CI/CD pipelines using Azure, AWS, Jenkins etc,
• Execute tests in Dockerized environments for efficiency
• Establish quality standards and drive continuous improvement
• Define & monitor quality metrics and provide insights for decision-making
• Ideal Candidate:
• Managing multiple projects
• Agile/Scrum
• Building automation frameworks (Using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress etc)
• CI/CD (Azure, AWS, Jenkins or similar)
• Docker or Kubernetes for test execution
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices
• Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner
