Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Own end-to-end technical delivery from solution design to production deployment.

Define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and engineering best practices.

Lead solution design and architecture reviews for enterprise applications.

Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies aligned with business objectives.

Team Management

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 2+ developers.

Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering excellence.

Promote knowledge sharing, technical coaching, and continuous learning.

Collaborate with leadership on resource planning and project execution.

Agile & Delivery

Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Manage sprint velocity, technical debt, and release quality.

Partner with Product Owners for backlog refinement, estimations, and delivery planning.

DevOps & CI/CD

Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Champion DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, monitoring, and observability.

Ensure application scalability, security, and high availability.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly solutions.

Proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and drive successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

5–7 years of hands-on software development experience.

Must have led at least 2 enterprise projects as a Technical Lead.

Experience managing teams of 2+ developers.

Mandatory: Hands-on experience with OpenStack.

Strong expertise in Microsoft technology stack, including .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs.

Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, API Management, Service Bus, Key Vault).

Experience building APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
