Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) / Mechanical Engineer to support the Plant & Machinery department in asset management machinery maintenance and equipment monitoring. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining machinery records monitoring daily asset utilization preparing MIS reports analyzing diesel consumption and coordinating with project sites to ensure efficient equipment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily performance and utilization of plant & machinery assets.
  
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of construction equipment.
  
• Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) for machinery.
  
• Track and analyze diesel/fuel consumption of equipment.
  
• Maintain accurate asset records and equipment inventory.
  
• Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly MIS reports.
  
• Coordinate with site teams regarding equipment movement maintenance and utilization.
  
• Monitor machinery downtime and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Ensure proper documentation related to equipment maintenance and servicing.
  
• Support asset audits and verification activities.
  
• Maintain equipment history maintenance schedules and service records.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
  

Requirements

• B.E./ in Mechanical Engineering.
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Plant & Machinery Asset Management or Equipment Maintenance.
  
• Knowledge of construction equipment and machinery maintenance.
  
• Experience in preparing DPR MIS reports and asset monitoring.
  
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
  
• Strong analytical skills for diesel/fuel consumption analysis.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
• Willing to work from the Head Office.
  

Preferred Requirements

• Immediate Joiner.
  
• Candidates from South India preferred.
  
• Hindi speaking is mandatory.
  
• Experience in the Construction/Infrastructure industry will be an added advantage.
  
• Knowledge of ERP systems or asset management software is preferred.
