Workday HCM Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate with skills in Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HR processes within Workday and a strong understanding of human capital management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Workday HCM modules.
• Support HR operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee data.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and provide Workday solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday HCM.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Workday HCM processes and functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience with Workday HCM.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Proficiency in HR reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
