We are looking for enthusiastic freshers/entry-level candidates to join our team as part of the Western Union International FinTech Voice Process. This role involves providing exceptional customer service support via phone for our international financial technology services.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries and support for Western Union's international FinTech services.
• Assist customers with account-related questions, transaction inquiries, and problem resolution in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, policies, and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records of calls and transactions in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with digital payment systems and financial technology is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications for documentation and communication.
