We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Relationship Manager to join our team in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads through various sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations.
• Follow up with prospects and drive conversions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
• Real estate experience is a Mandatory.
