Key Responsibilities

• Restoration Fabrication: Model, contour, and bake ceramic/porcelain onto frameworks to create highly aesthetic dental crowns, bridges, and veneers.
  

• Shade and Contour Matching: Apply advanced characterization techniques to accurately match custom shades, translucency, and natural tooth anatomy based on clinical prescriptions.
  

• Material Expertise: Work proficiently with modern dental materials, including Zirconia, E-max (lithium disilicate), and layered porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) restorations.
  

• Quality Control: Inspect finished restorations under magnification to guarantee perfect margins, proper occlusion, and structural soundness before delivery.
  

• Collaboration: Work closely with the digital design (CAD/CAM) team and dental clinicians to troubleshoot complex cases and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Training: Diploma or certification in Dental Laboratory Technology, or equivalent hands-on specialized training in dental ceramics.
  

• Experience: Prior experience as a Ceramist in a reputed dental laboratory is preferred (talented technicians with strong portfolios are highly encouraged to apply).
  

• Skills: * Exceptional hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and a strong sense of dental morphology.
  

  • Proficiency in porcelain layering, staining, and glazing techniques.
    

  • Familiarity with modern dental lab equipment, including ceramic furnaces and casting/pressing units.
    

• Attributes: Strong focus on precision, patience, and the ability to consistently meet production timelines without compromising quality.
