We are looking for a Website & SEO Manager to own our client's website as a high-performing lead generation and conversion platform. The ideal candidate will drive SEO, optimize user experience, and improve conversion rates while collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the company website, including structure, content, and user experience (UX).
• 4–8 years in SEO + website management.
• Strong understanding of B2B funnel.
• Develop and execute technical and content-driven SEO strategies.
• Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and conversion funnels to increase lead generation.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• Conduct keyword research, website audits, and implement SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with Content Marketing and Product Marketing teams to improve website traffic and engagement.
• Analyze website metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Stay updated with SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Website Management, SEO, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Content SEO.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
• Good understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.
• Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and lead generation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Experience in B2B SaaS, Cybersecurity, IT Services, Cloud, or Enterprise Technology companies.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and marketing automation tools is an added advantage.
