Job Title: MERN Fullstack Developer with Generative AI

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Experience: 5-8 Years

Budget- 20 LPA

Role Summary

The selected resource(s) will contribute to the development of scalable web-based systems supporting content

production, AI-powered learning workflows, and digital course creation platforms (including Boostr, Journeybuilder, and DesignPilot). A core focus of this role will be the architecture and implementation of production-grade Generative AI features, including RAG pipelines and autonomous agentic workflows.

Core Responsibilities

● Full Stack Development: Develop and maintain complex, scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

● AI Architecture & Implementation: Design and orchestrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, semantic search components, and agentic workflows within the platform ecosystem.

● API & Backend Engineering: Design modular, high-performance backend APIs supporting AI-assisted workflows and automated course production pipelines.

● Frontend Engineering: Build responsive, accessible, high-performance frontends with dynamic data visualizations.

● Cloud & AI Integration: Integrate LLM APIs, vector databases, and third-party cloud services (AWS, OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, and analytics tools).

● DevOps & Microservices: Support microservices architecture, Docker/Kubernetes containerization, and automated CI/CD workflows.

● Quality Assurance: Implement robust testing strategies spanning Unit, Integration, and E2E layers (Jest, Cypress, Supertest).

● Performance & Security: Optimize data querying, LLM token consumption, latency, and overall application security across cloud environments.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UI/UX designers, AI researchers, product

managers, and content teams.

Technical Requirements

Frontend

● Advanced React.js (Context API, Redux Toolkit, or React Query).

● Modern UI libraries (MUI, TailwindCSS, or Ant Design).

● Form management via Formik or React Hook Form.

● Data visualization using D3.js or Chart.js.

Backend & Databases

● Advanced Node.js and Express.js architecture.

● Deep understanding of MongoDB (advanced schema design, aggregation pipelines, indexing, and

performance tuning).

● API Security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, and HTTPS).

Generative AI & Orchestration

● AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience building complex AI workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration libraries.

● SDKs & APIs: Expert-level utilization of OpenAI SDK, Anthropic Claude API, and Cohere.

● Agentic AI: Proven track record of developing Simple/Autonomous Agents with tool-calling and function-calling capabilities.

● RAG Architectures: Experience designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems,

including chunking strategies, embedding generation, and integration with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, Milvus, or MongoDB Atlas Vector Search).

DevOps & Infrastructure

● Version control with Git and automation via GitHub Actions.

● Containerization using Docker and basic Kubernetes orchestration.

● High-availability API design (REST required, GraphQL preferred).

● Application monitoring and observability (Sentry, Prometheus, or Grafana).

● Bonus: Familiarity with LMS standards (SCORM, xAPI).

leverage LLMs.

● Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) for technical documentation and cross-

functional alignment.

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical
