Growth Hacker

Lascade is looking for a creative and highly experimental Growth Hacker to discover, test, and scale innovative ways to grow our products.

We're building, AI-powered tools, mobile applications, travel technology, subscription products, and digital services. We're looking for someone who is constantly searching for unconventional growth opportunities, experimenting with new channels, and finding creative ways to acquire users.

What You'll Do

• Identify and execute unconventional growth strategies across multiple products.

• Research emerging platforms, AI tools, communities, and technologies to discover new acquisition opportunities.

• Design, launch, and measure rapid growth experiments.

• Build viral, referral, community-led, and product-led growth initiatives.

• Discover new marketing channels before they become mainstream.

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development teams to validate and execute new ideas.

• Analyze experiment results and rapidly iterate based on data.

• Research competitors and identify untapped growth opportunities.

• Build lightweight MVPs, landing pages, free tools, or campaigns to validate ideas quickly.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously recommend innovative growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Startup Growth, Product Growth, or Digital Marketing.

• Strong curiosity and a passion for experimentation.

• Experience designing and executing growth experiments.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to learn new platforms, technologies, and tools quickly.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership.

• Excellent communication and execution skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience growing SaaS products, mobile applications, or subscription businesses.

• Experience with SEO, Paid Marketing, Product Growth, Social Media, or Community Building.

• Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms.

• Experience launching startups or side projects.

• Knowledge of analytics, attribution, and user behaviour.
