Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Interaction Executives to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and experience in handling international customers through voice calls. The role involves lead generation cold calling upselling cross-selling and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international customers.
  
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling.
  
• Promote products/services through upselling and cross-selling.
  
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
  

Requirements

Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year in an International Voice Process.

Qualification: Graduation preferred (Fresh graduates with relevant experience may apply).

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.
