Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Content Operations & Optimization Lead to oversee content quality, productivity, SEO performance, multilingual excellence, and AI-enabled workflows across our Website Content team.
This role will be responsible for building scalable systems, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring high standards of content delivery while developing team capability and future leadership pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Quality & Governance
- Establish and maintain high content quality standards across formats and languages.
- Lead QA processes, content audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reduce rework and improve overall accuracy and consistency.
- Standardize editorial guidelines and best practices.
2. Productivity & Delivery Excellence
- Ensure timely delivery of content aligned with business priorities.
- Monitor output benchmarks and optimize team capacity.
- Improve workflow efficiency across hybrid teams.
- Proactively manage risks impacting delivery timelines.
3. SEO & Performance Optimization
- Collaborate with SEO stakeholders to improve organic visibility.
- Align content strategy with keyword research and search intent.
- Track content performance and drive data-led improvements.
4. AI & Process Optimization
- Integrate AI tools into content workflows responsibly and effectively.
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop standardized and scalable content operations frameworks.
5. Multilingual Content Operations
- Ensure quality, consistency, and brand tone across multiple languages.
- Maintain glossary and localization standards.
- Manage multilingual publishing processes.
6. Team Development & Leadership
- Coach and mentor content writers across competency levels.
- Design structured learning and skill progression frameworks.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and performance reviews.
- Build a succession-ready, high-performing content team.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in Content Operations, Content Management, Digital Content, SEO Content, or Editorial Operations.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered content tools to enhance content creation and operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, CMS platforms, and content quality assurance processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with multilingual content management or localization workflows is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
