We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented US Mortgage Non-QM professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the mortgage industry, specifically handling non-QM loans. This role involves evaluating mortgage applications, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth mortgage process.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess non-QM mortgage applications and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with loan officers and underwriters to facilitate the mortgage process.
• Maintain accurate records of loan applications and status updates.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on their applications.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in mortgage processing or underwriting, particularly with non-QM products.
