Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Oracle Operations Specialist to support post-implementation stabilization. The role bridges business and IT teams by evaluating operational processes, analyzing system data, and driving continuous improvement across Finance, HR, and Procurement functions.

This is a high-visibility position ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of process, data, and technology, and wants to directly influence how a government entity operates day-to-day on its new Oracle platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate post-go-live processes and projects: review schedules, action logs, RAID trackers, and meeting documentation; ensure deliverables and escalation paths stay aligned across teams.
• Deliver structured operational models: analyze Oracle-enabled processes in HR, Finance, and Procurement; build playbooks, swimlane diagrams, and RACI matrices for service delivery and ownership.
• Analyze operational data for gaps and opportunities: mine data from Oracle SaaS, ticketing systems, and manual trackers to surface inefficiencies and underused functionality; support root cause analysis via dashboards and reports.
• Provide administrative and communication support: prepare meeting materials, maintain SOPs and documentation repositories, and communicate timeline or ownership changes clearly.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment: act as liaison between business and IT, ensure operational models are technically executable, and track enhancement requests through to resolution.

Education

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, IT, Public Administration, or related field (required); Master's/relevant certification (preferred)

Experience

• 5+ years in business operations, process analysis, or related analytical role; hands-on Oracle SaaS (ERP/HCM/EPM) experience post-implementation; public sector/government exposure preferred

Technical Skills

• Oracle Fusion Cloud (Financials, Procurement, HCM); ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira); data visualization/dashboarding; RACI/swimlane/SOP methodologies
