Description

This position is for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start their career in investment banking. The role involves supporting senior team members in various financial transactions and providing analytical support to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial models and valuations for clients.
  • Conduct industry and market research to support transaction activity.
  • Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and pitches.
  • Support senior team members in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other financial transactions.
  • Analyze financial statements and prepare reports for internal and client use.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategic recommendations for clients.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment under tight deadlines.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and investment banking concepts is an advantage.
