At Glide Brands, we identify, build, and scale premium brands across categories. As part of the Founder's Office, you'll work directly with the Founders on high-impact initiatives—from identifying global brands and products to launching new businesses in India.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, research, branding, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Brand Research

• Identify global trends, products, and brands with strong India potential.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, pricing, and commercial feasibility.
• Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for the Founders.

Marketing Communication

• Develop brand positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
• Prepare executive presentations, pitch decks, and strategic communication for leadership, investors, and partners.

New Brand Onboarding

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and launch of new brands.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Legal, Product, and Supply Chain teams.
• Manage launch timelines and build strong relationships with global brand partners.

What You'll Also Do

• Evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Support Board and leadership presentations.
• Drive strategic projects and new business initiatives alongside the Founders.

Who We're Looking For

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Full-time MBA from a premier institute such as IIM, IIT (MBA), ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, FMS, JBIMS, or an equivalent top-tier business school.

Experience

• 3+ years in Founder's Office, Strategy, Management Consulting, Product Strategy, Brand Management, Growth Strategy, or Business Development.
• Experience working with Founders or CXOs is highly preferred.
