Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Helpdesk

Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Key Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, and Benefits functions.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Functional Product Lead working with Oracle Fusion HCM and Talent Management Suite (TMS), including Compensation and Benefits modules.
• Relevant Oracle Fusion HCM certifications in Compensation and Benefits are preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand business objectives, define functional requirements, and deliver expected business outcomes.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, with participation in at least one end-to-end successful implementation cycle in a lead role.
• Demonstrated capability to drive solution design, stakeholder management, and functional delivery across enterprise projects.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

• Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically within Compensation and Benefits modules.
• Hands-on involvement in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Total Rewards processes, annual compensation cycles, benefits administration, and related business practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project.
• Strong design-thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven project leadership skills with the ability to manage functional workstreams and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed and global organizational environment.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand and leverage new technologies and technical concepts.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation and Benefits certifications.
• Experience supporting global Total Rewards programs and transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills across HR, Rewards, and Technology functions.
