Job Description

• Microservices Support: Assistance with creating new microservices, from repository creation to environment deployment.
• Certificate Management: Managing the certificate store and trust store.
• Environment Support: Collaborating with the PACT team to resolve environment errors.
• SaaS Maintenance: Keeping services like MongoDB and Kafka updated with the latest patches and upgrades.
• Kafka Management: Managing Kafka Confluent across environments, including topic creation and queue monitoring.
• Database Support: Working with the MongoDB team to resolve database issues.
• CI/CD Pipeline: Maintaining Jenkins build infrastructure and the CI/CD pipeline.
• MW Deployment: Configuring API Gateway endpoints, running DB scripts, performing backups, and deploying services.
• Infrastructure & Security: Keeping OSND infrastructure up to date on PACT and ensuring all security patches are applied.
• DevOps Support: Providing availability for any OSND support issues related to DevOps.
• Security Compliance: Maintaining hardware security patches and agents (e.g., Tenable, CrowdStrike) on vulnerable servers.
• AWS Rehydration: Managing the AWS rehydration process for all servers.
