Regional Manager | Animal Care | Wester Region

Roles & Responsibilities:

Drive primary and secondary sales growth across Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Raipur (Chhattisgarh) to achieve business targets.

Manage and develop distributor networks, super stockists, and key customer relationships to ensure strong market presence.

Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and business profitability.

Monitor sales performance, stock availability, collections, and credit control to ensure smooth business operations.

Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities, assess competitor activities, and strengthen customer engagement.

Ensure effective execution of promotional activities, product launches, and company initiatives across the region.

Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and performance reports, providing actionable insights to management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive business objectives.

Key Objective: Achieve sustainable business growth, strengthen channel partnerships, and consistently deliver regional sales and profitability targets.
