Job description
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for mid-level and senior-level positions.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter job portals referrals and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen applications conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare job descriptions and assist with salary negotiations and offer management.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records using ATS platforms.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill quality of hire and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.


    • Requirements


    • 710 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
    • Prior experience in manufacturing packaging printing or publishing industries is preferred.
    • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Naukri Monster Shine and ATS platforms such as Workday or Greenhouse.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
    • Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
    • Good understanding of Indian labor laws and recruitment compliance.

    Qualifications

    • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
    • 710 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
