Senior Company Secretary and Head Compliance/Regulatory Practice - Greater Noida Office

1. Looking out for a Company Secretary (CS) having minimum of 5-7 years of experience in handling all Company Law related matters including company incorporation, regulatory, secretarial, and compliance matters, including all types of regulatory matters as well including FSSAI, DSIR, DGCI, among other registrations/compliances. Candidate should be willing to head and grow the Company Secretarial and Regulatory Practice at K&K and be thoroughly entrepreneurial to independently handle, engage, and develop the practice. 2.Preferably the candidate should have a law qualification, and should be able to contribute in different areas of Commercial and Corporate law with a positive mindset and clear intent of eventually making Partner with the firm and growing the Practices accordingly. The candidate should be very comfortable with undertaking business development related mandates and help grow/scale the practice. 3.Candidate should be independent, matured, motivated, and legally competent to handle all matters, undertake client discussions, and manage the complete Company Law/Compliance Portfolio assigned to Khurana and Khurana. 4.Candidate should be comfortable working in the Gr. Noida office of K&K or at least be in the Gr. Noida office for 3-4 days a week, and the remaining in Delhi/Panchsheel Park Office. 5.Three(3) years prior experience in consulting firm/Law firm would be desirous. *Candidates with less than 5 years of experience and not willing to independently grow and handle the practice are sincerely requested not to apply. The role is ideally for colleagues who are reasonable and expect around 10-13 LPA and are fully aligned with the mentioned role.
