About the Role :

We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecaller who can handle inbound / outbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales team in driving showroom visits and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and share details about our furniture products.
• Handle incoming calls and convert enquiries into qualified leads.
• Follow up with interested customers and schedule showroom appointments.
• Maintain call logs, customer data, and daily follow-up reports.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns by reaching out to targeted customers.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, prices, and offers.
