Role Overview
The Cluster Manager will lead a team of Relationship Managers and drive acquisition and servicing of HNI clients. The role involves growing AUM, strengthening client relationships and guiding the team on financial planning and investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of RMs to acquire and service HNI clients
- Grow AUM through new client acquisition and deepening existing relationships
- Support the team in portfolio reviews and investment advisory
- Track the local Affluent and Super Affluent market for new business
- Keep the team updated on market trends and available investment options
- Work with the central research team on client-specific investment decisions
- Participate in client events, workshops and business development activities
Required Experience & Background
Minimum 4–5 years in HNI Sales, Wealth Management or PCG BrokingMust have handled clients with 25 Lakhs+ investment capabilityPrevious team handling experience of at least 4 peopleStrong stability in career (2–3 years average tenure per company)Local market knowledge is mandatoryShould have earned incentives in past rolesMust be comfortable with field activity and individual contributionQualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance or MarketingCertifications like CFP add advantagePreferred
