Process: International Voice Support (US Process)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
• Assist customers and candidates with queries and provide end-to-end support.
• Guide users through self-service portals and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while meeting quality, SLA, and productivity targets.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams.
• Update customer interactions accurately in the ticketing system.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Freshers can apply; prior International BPO experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred).
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

• Rotational US Shifts.
• Rotational work week
