Account Manager, Microsoft Alliance - Logicom Distribution - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - 3-5 years

Job Overview

We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Account Manager to drive Microsoft solutions adoption, strengthen partner relationships, and identify business growth opportunities. This role involves engaging with partners and customers, delivering presentations and workshops, and representing Microsoft at events.

This position will be based at our offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Building and managing partner relationships.
• Promoting Microsoft solutions through meetings, presentations, and workshops.
• Representing Microsoft at industry events and partner engagements.
• Identifying growth opportunities and driving partner adoption.
• Collaborating with Internal Teams to deliver excellent partner experience.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a customer-facing technology role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Business-minded, proactive, and relationship-driven.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft solutions is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
