Job Title: Sales Manager Industry: Prime Home Loan Department: BFSI, Investments & Trading Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role Category: Home Loan Education Requirement: Graduate (Any Discipline) Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Prime Segment Home Loan Sales. At least 2 years of experience managing and leading field sales teams. Prime Home Loan industry background is mandatory. Strong experience in self lead generation and market networking. Team handling experience is compulsory. Prior market connections and channel relationships within Bangalore are preferred. Proficiency in Kannada (spoken) is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives. Drive team performance to achieve and exceed sales targets. Conduct regular coaching, training sessions, and performance reviews. Manage and monitor field sales operations and sales strategy execution. Build and maintain strong client and channel partner relationships in the Bangalore market. Identify new business opportunities and expand the home loan customer base. Strengthen local presence through networking and partnerships. Desired Candidate Profile Results-driven sales leader with strong team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong understanding of the Bangalore prime home loan market and local network. Fluency in Kannada with strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a target-driven, field-based sales environment.
