CODA Developer - Bangalore

Project Description

• Develop cloud-based, state-of-the-art Compliance Archive products to securely store and retain real-time communications data.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements through robust archive solutions.
• Work within an agile product development framework to deliver scalable and secure compliance solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders to translate requirements into product enhancements.
• Apply continuous development and deployment practices to evolve from project-based delivery to long-term product management.
• Build solutions designed to support future compliance and regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customized solutions using the Coda platform, including formula language, automations, and packs.
• Configure and support Unit4 CODA Financials solutions.
• Manage Coda administration activities and support core Coda functionalities.
• Develop and maintain CODA XL add-on solutions and Excel-based integrations.
• Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical and functional support for Coda applications.
• Troubleshoot application issues and analyze system logs to identify root causes.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and support activities.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Support financial system workflows and business process improvements.

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in:
• Unit4 CODA Financials
• Coda administration and configuration
• Understanding of core Coda features and functionalities
• CODA XL add-on experience
• Excel macro/VBA knowledge is an added advantage
• Level 1/Level 2 application support (technical and business process)
• Log analysis and troubleshooting
• SQL query writing and database understanding
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working as a Financial System Engineer.
• Experience in financial applications support and maintenance.
• Knowledge of accounting/finance processes and enterprise financial systems.
• Exposure to cloud-based product development and agile delivery methodologies.
