Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Experience : 7-10 yrs

Job Description -

1. Coordinate project activities with all project members - implementation specialists, data migration, developers, and testers.

2. Assist or act as a proxy project manager when needed.

3. Support the project manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project deliverables.

4. Identify risks or issues related to requirements, timelines, or stakeholder alignment.

5. Prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with timelines and business priorities.

6. Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes to requirements or scope.

7. Provide regular updates to the leadership team and escalate concerns promptly and propose mitigation strategies.

8. Oversee mock demos of functionality before it is shown to the client.

9. Manage stakeholder relationships and scope changes.

10. Guide junior BAs; oversee design documentation, backlog grooming, project updates.

11. Do Peer review of the design documents of other Business Analysts.

Requirements Experience in the below tasks -

Conducting design sessions

Creating BRD and FRD

Create user stories.

Traceability of requirements from inception to implementation.

Validate test scripts

Business function testing before release to customers.

Support UAT sessions.

Perform modular demos to Client

Prepare training materials

End user training

Manage client interactions
