Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting financial decision-making processes, preparing financial reports, and conducting analysis to drive business performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support strategic initiatives.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Experience with financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
