Senior Statistical Programmer

Akkodis India is looking for an experienced Senior Clinical Statistical Programmer

We are seeking professionals with strong expertise in clinical data programming, regulatory standards, and statistical analysis support within the pharmaceutical or life sciences domain.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and develop analysis datasets aligned with CDISC standards.
• Generate statistical outputs including tables, listings, and figures for clinical studies.
• Support clinical study submissions through preparation of metadata and supporting documentation.
• Build and maintain reusable SAS macros and R-based utilities for programming efficiency.
• Partner with biostatistics, clinical operations, and data management teams throughout study execution.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery of programming activities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical/statistical programming within pharma, CRO, or healthcare organizations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAS Programming and R Programming mandatory.
• Good exposure to ADaM, and CDISC guidelines.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements including GCP and ICH standards.
• Ability to manage timelines and collaborate effectively with global teams.

Preferred Experience

• Clinical trials and submission support experience.
• Prior exposure to pharmaceutical or life sciences projects.
• Candidates with experience in Oncology therapeutic area will be highly preferred.
