Job description
Overall Experience: 10–15 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Mandatory Experience - Experience in sales of Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Nephrology and Oncological pharma products - Proven experience in onboarding mid sized distributors and chemists - Strong exposure to business development, and territory management - Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets in access of 10 lacs per month and expanding market share Key Competencies - Sales Planning & Forecast - Relationship Management - Negotiation & Influencing Skills - Customer Acquisition & Business Development - Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence - Strong Communication & Presentation Skills - Result-Oriented and Self-Motivated - Ability to work in a target-driven and high-pressure environment - Cross selling Educational Qualification - Graduation in Life Sciences - MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory
