Business Development Manager (Overseas Education Industry)

Job Description
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for the study abroad industry? We're looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive our B2B initiatives and create meaningful partnerships with study abroad agents and educational consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain B2B partnerships with education consultants, agents, and institutions
  
• Generate leads and onboard new channel partners for student recruitment
  
• Manage existing partners and ensure consistent student pipeline
  
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and training sessions for partners
  
• Coordinate with internal counseling and admissions teams
  
• Track market trends and competitor activities
  
• Ensure partner compliance and documentation
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education (B2B sales preferred)
  
• Strong network of agents / consultants (India or international markets)
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  
• Ability to work on targets and revenue-driven roles
  
• Good knowledge of countries like the UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Europe
  
• Willingness to travel for business development
