Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support our project team in planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing projects. This role provides hands-on exposure to project lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and tracking project activities and timelinesSupport project managers in coordinating with cross-functional teamsMaintain and update project documentation, trackers, and reportsMonitor project progress and highlight delays or risksHelp prepare presentations, status reports, and meeting minutesParticipate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvementsAssist in resource allocation and scheduling tasksEnsure proper documentation and compliance with project standards

Qualifications

• Required Skills & Qualifications

  Recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related fieldStrong organizational and time management skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of project management conceptsProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and WordAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
