Position Summary

Join Deloitte's Risk & Financial Advisory practice and help organizations address complex cyber and identity challenges through innovative, business-focused solutions. As part of a high-performing team, you will work with leading organizations to design, implement, and enhance identity and access management programs that support security, resilience, and business transformation. This role offers the opportunity to apply Saviynt experience in large-scale IAM engagements while building deep expertise in cyber risk and access governance.

Work you'll do

As a Saviynt Senior consultant on the Cyber & Strategic Risk team, you will be responsible for:

• Architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise-scale identity and access management solutions using Saviynt
• Leading requirements gathering sessions, client workshops, and design documentation across onsite and offshore delivery models
• Configuring, customizing, and integrating IAM solutions based on business and technical requirements while managing project deliverables through completion
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues, performing advanced debugging, and collaborating with client teams and technology vendors to support implementation success
• Contributing to IAM strategy engagements, practice eminence activities, proposal support, and delivery improvement initiatives

The cyber risk services—IAM practice helps organizations in designing, developing, and implementing industry-leading IAM solutions to protect their information and confidential data, as well as help them build their businesses and supporting technologies to be more secure, vigilant, and resilient. The cyber risk services—IAM team delivers service to clients through following key areas of IAM:

• Application Onboarding
• Lifecycle Manager
• Compliance Manager
• Password Management
• Automated Provisioning
• Roles Management
• ITSM tools Integration
• Advanced Authentication Methods
• Strategy and Road Map

Shift Timings: IST - General Shift

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor of Technology, Master of Technology, Master of Science, or Master of Business Administration
• 6 to 8 years of experience in identity and access management
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt
• Experience delivering IAM engagements across requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support
• Experience with Java, LDAP, SSL, relational database management systems, and Linux
• Experience developing or configuring standard and custom IAM integrations using Java, .NET, or other scripting languages
  
  

Preferred:

• IAM technology certifications
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
• Experience in additional cybersecurity domains
