As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our US customers, delivering exceptional support while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions with US-based customers.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate resolutions to customer queries.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while adhering to quality standards.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy during every customer interaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow company processes.
• Meet individual and team performance expectations, including quality and productivity metrics.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Comfortable speaking with US customers over the phone.
• Willingness to work rotational night shifts.
• Ability to work from our Bellandur office.
• Candidates must arrange their own transportation, as company cab facilities are currently not available.
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills are preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn.
