Job Title - Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - Talent Review & Succession Planning

Experience - 5 - 15 Years

Location - PAN India (Hybrid)

Shift - 2pm to 11:30pm

Notice - Immediate Joiner (30 days of notice)

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Talent Review and Succession Planning to support an upcoming Oracle Cloud HCM implementation. The consultant will work directly with HR business stakeholders to gather requirements design business processes configure the system and enable end users.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Process Design

• Conduct workshops with HR stakeholders to gather Talent Review and Succession Planning requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between client talent processes and Oracle HCM Cloud standard functionality.
• Document business requirements (BRD) process flows and configuration workbooks..
• Advise clients on Oracle best practices for talent calibration 9-box matrix succession plans and talent pools.

Functional Configuration

• Configure Talent Review meetings templates rating models facilitator and participant roles.
• Set up Talent Review dashboards with performance vs. potential matrix (9-box) and custom rating combinations.
• Configure Succession Plans Incumbent Job and Position types including readiness levels and succession depth charts.
• Create and manage Talent Pools with appropriate candidate categorisation.
• Configure talent profile templates talent scores risk of loss and impact of loss attributes.
• Set up HCM Security profiles (data roles person security profiles duty roles) for Talent Review and Succession Planning.
• Use Oracle Functional Setup Manager (FSM) for all configuration tasks.

Testing & Quality

• Develop SIT and UAT test scripts for Talent Review and Succession Planning scenarios.
• Execute and coordinate testing cycles log defects and validate fixes with the business.
• Ensure configured solution meets business requirements before go-live.

Training & Change Enablement

• Design and deliver end-user training for HR Business Partners Line Managers and HR Administrators
• Prepare training materials user guides SOPs and Quick Reference Cards (QRCs).
• Support hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Functional Knowledge:

• Minimum 5 years of Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience with expertise in Talent Review and Succession Planning.
• Strong knowledge of talent calibration succession depth talent pools and readiness assessment.
• Hands-on configuration experience with Talent Review meeting templates and 9-box matrix setup.
• Understanding of Oracle HCM Security model for Talent Management.
• Experience with Oracle Functional Setup Manager (FSM).
• Knowledge of related modules: Performance Management Goal Management Career Development.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management Implementation Specialist.
• Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Development Certified Implementation Specialist.

Skills:-

• Strong client-facing communication and facilitation skills for business workshops.
• Ability to translate HR talent processes into Oracle system configurations.
• Self-driven and capable of managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:-

• Exposure to Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) or Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC)
• Experience in public sector or large enterprise Oracle HCM implementations
• Familiarity with Oracle Redwood UI and Oracle ME.
