Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact information and interactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls made and sales generated.
• Follow up on leads generated through various channels and convert them into sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and establish a positive relationship.
• Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
