Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Mathematics Faculty to teach Classes XI & XII under the integrated CBSE + JEE (Main & Advanced) curriculum while also contributing to the Foundation Programme (Classes IX & X). The ideal candidate should possess exceptional conceptual expertise, strong classroom pedagogy, and experience preparing students for competitive examinations within a school environment.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Delivery

  • Deliver Mathematics classes aligned with the CBSE curriculum while integrating JEE-level concepts and applications.
  • Teach Foundation Mathematics to Classes IX & X, strengthening conceptual understanding and analytical thinking.
  • Develop lesson plans, annual academic planners, worksheets, assignments, and remedial modules.

Curriculum & Assessment

  • Design chapter tests, unit tests, pre-board examinations, mock JEE assessments, and competency-based evaluations.
  • Develop higher-order thinking (HOTS) and application-based questions aligned with CBSE and JEE patterns.
  • Analyze student performance using assessment data and implement individualized improvement plans.

Student Mentorship

  • Mentor students on academic planning, competitive examination strategies, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Conduct doubt-solving sessions, revision classes, and enrichment programmes for high achievers.

Academic Excellence

  • Participate in curriculum planning, faculty collaboration, parent interactions, and academic quality initiatives.
  • Integrate digital learning tools and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
