Job description

7-10 years of sales operations, finance or accounting experience including 5 years’ experience in information technology / Technology services industry.
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, quota/territory planning, and bookings/revenue metrics.
Exceptional analytical skills combined with sound business judgment, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for sales leadership.
Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce.com (CRM hygiene, dashboards, reports, and data integrity).
Expert-level proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling, automation concepts) and PowerPoint for executive-ready storytelling.
Experience working with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) is highly desirable.
Proven track record of building and maintaining standardized reporting, dashboards, and recurring executive/business reviews.
Ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across sales performance and proactively recommend improvements.
Experience supporting, training, and onboarding new sales professionals on processes, reporting, and tools.
Ability to partner effectively with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Leadership teams across multiple geographies and functions.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while also collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
