Profile:UX/UI Designer-Surat-6 LPA

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a UX/UI Designer UX Designer Product Designer or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma FigJam Miro Maze or similar
• Strong problem-solving communication and storytelling skills
• Portfolio showing UX process not just final visuals

Salary Range: 40k to 50k

Roles:

• Conduct user research through interviews surveys and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Use Figma (mandatory) to create user flows information architecture wireframes interactive prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop user personas and journey maps translating research insights into intuitive and visually engaging experiences.
• Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile products ensuring consistency with brand and accessibility guidelines.
• Identify usability issues propose improvements and validate solutions through testing and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with product managers developers and stakeholders to deliver user-centered digital products.
• Communicate design rationale effectively and maintain a portfolio demonstrating the complete UX/UI design process.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction Computer Science Psychology or a related field preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research wireframing and UI design skills.
• Experience with SaaS mobile apps web platforms or digital products
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability best practices
• Ability to work with analytics heatmaps or product usage data
• Basic understanding of UI design and frontend constraints
