Profile:Purchase Executive-Solar Recycling-Surat-4.8 LPA

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
• Prior experience in the Solar industry is mandatory.
• Experience in sourcing Solar PV modules inverters structures cables BOS components or related electrical products is preferred.

Salary Range: 30k to 40k

Roles:

• Handle end-to-end procurement activities for solar projects.
• Identify and develop reliable vendors for solar components and materials.
• Obtain quotations compare prices negotiate commercial terms and finalize purchase orders.
• Coordinate with project engineering stores and accounts teams to ensure timely procurement.
• Track order status follow up with vendors and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain procurement records purchase orders vendor agreements and documentation.
• Evaluate vendor performance based on quality pricing and delivery timelines.
• Resolve supply-related issues and ensure uninterrupted material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly.
• Ensure procurement complies with company policies and project requirements.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce Supply Chain Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant certification in Procurement/Supply Chain will be an added advantage.
