Role Description

Diago Finance is seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our Bengaluru office. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and providing leadership to the sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development, Sales Forecasting, and Goal Setting
• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Collaboration skills
• Experience with Client Relationship Management and Networking
• Knowledge of Data Analysis, Market Research, and Competitive Analysis
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication and Negotiation skills
• Results-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure to achieve targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or a similar industry is desirable
