Manager Account Delivery

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:Manage the day-to-day delivery of assigned client with Account Delivery Associates to ensure smooth account and maintain client relationships to understand their in budget management and cost control for the with senior leadership to define and track key performance informed about industry trends and their impact on account and resolve account-related issues and escalate when regular updates on account performance.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically 7 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 3 years in a similar roleProven experience in account delivery and leadership rolesProficiencies in strategic planning client relationship management and team leadershipContinuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther Qualifications:An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plusRelevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus
