Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential insurance advisor prospects to promote recruitment opportunities.
• Provide information about insurance products and services offered by the company.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate details of calls made and responses received.
• Follow up with candidates to gauge their interest and schedule interviews with the recruitment team.
• Address any queries and provide guidance to candidates during the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in telecalling or a related field, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential candidates effectively.
• Strong persuasive skills to encourage candidates to consider opportunities in the insurance industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet targets.
