Ideal Candidate

A polished and confident telecaller with 1-4 years of experience, who can comfortably converse with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) CXOs, entrepreneurs, architects & interior designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to High-end Suppliers
• Introduce products, services, events, or business opportunities in a professional and engaging manner.
• Schedule meetings and appointments if needed
• Maintain regular follow-ups with suppliers
• Update CRM records and maintain accurate call logs.

Desired Skills

• Exceptional command over English with a neutral or polished accent.
• Experience interacting with HNIs, luxury clientele, or corporate decision-makers.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and listening skills.
• Ability to handle objections confidently and tactfully.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
