Description

We are looking for a Customer Support representative in India to assist our customers with inquiries and issues related to our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus and be able to work effectively in a team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.
  • Assist in the development of customer support processes and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to improve customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Basic technical knowledge related to products and services offered.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant certifications.
