Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive quality engineering initiatives, lead QA teams, and define testing strategies for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both manual and automation testing along with strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers.

- Define QA strategy, testing standards, and best practices.

- Plan and manage testing activities across multiple projects.

- Review test plans, automation frameworks, and quality metrics.

- Coordinate with product, development, and business teams.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.

- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Required Skills:

- 812 years of experience in Software Testing.

- Strong expertise in Manual and Automation Testing.

- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and test management tools.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
