Presales Architect - Enterprise Infrastructure

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Presales Architect to drive solutioning for enterprise infrastructure and managed services engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in infrastructure solution architecture, presales, and deal shaping, with the ability to design end-to-end solutions across cloud, digital workplace, datacenter, network, and security domains.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead solution strategy and support enterprise infrastructure opportunities from qualification to proposal submission.

- Design end-to-end multi-tower infrastructure solutions covering Cloud, Digital Workplace, Datacenter, Network, and Security services.

- Analyze customer requirements and develop scalable, cost-effective, and technically sound solution architectures.

- Prepare and manage RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses, solution proposals, presentations, and Statements of Work (SOWs).

- Collaborate with sales, delivery, technical, and commercial teams to develop winning bid strategies.

- Conduct customer workshops, discovery sessions, and technical presentations to understand business challenges and define transformation roadmaps.

- Develop solution documentation, effort estimations, pricing inputs, and transition approaches.

- Support commercial discussions, solution costing, risk assessment, and deal structuring.

- Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies, infrastructure trends, and managed service offerings.

- Ensure solution alignment with customer objectives, organizational standards, and industry best practices.

Required Skills :

- 6-8 years of experience in Infrastructure Presales, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Infrastructure Consulting.

- Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure services, including Cloud, Digital Workplace, Datacenter, Network, and Cybersecurity.

- Experience designing managed services and digital transformation solutions for enterprise customers.

- Hands-on experience managing RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposal development, and solution presentations.

- Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Strong knowledge of infrastructure modernization, migration, and managed services.

- Understanding of solution pricing, commercials, effort estimation, and deal structuring.

- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, delivery, and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in IT infrastructure outsourcing or managed services organizations.

- Knowledge of ITIL, enterprise architecture frameworks, and cloud migration methodologies.

- Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or enterprise architecture are an advantage.
