Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FI-AR Consultant with 10-12 years of overall experience in SAP Finance solutions, specializing in the FI-AR (Accounts Receivable) module. The role involves supporting, enhancing, and optimizing SAP Finance applications while participating in global SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, provide functional expertise, and ensure solutions align with SAP standard best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide end-to-end support for SAP S/4HANA FI-AR applications, including issue resolution and system enhancements.

- Configure and maintain FI-AR functionalities in line with business requirements.

- Support global SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation initiatives.

- Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring timely resolution.

- Design and support reporting requirements within the SAP Finance landscape.

- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, process documents, and solution specifications.

- Execute and support testing activities, including system integration testing and user acceptance testing.

- Conduct user training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to business teams.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders across multiple regions to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Ensure SAP Finance processes adhere to standard SAP best practices.

- Support integrations between SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications.

- Mentor and guide junior consultants and project team members.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10-12 years of overall experience in SAP Finance solutions.

- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA FI-AR (Accounts Receivable).

- Hands-on experience in SAP Finance application support, configuration, and enhancements.

- Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

- Experience with Credit Management and Billing processes.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Experience supporting global SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

- Knowledge of SAP integrations with third-party systems.

- Experience in reporting, testing, documentation, and user training.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders across regions.
